Matt Angell guarantees the quality of all of his artwork. However should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving the artwork and we will refund the purchase price of the painting minus any customs(e.g VAT charges) fees that may apply if sending back from another country. All countries vary on what charges are applied. If any extra charges are applied by the post office because of customs fees upon us collecting the returned painting then this will be deducted from the refunded price of the painting. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipment to us, and the art work(s) must be returned in their original condition. Once the artwork has been received by us we will process the refund.
All original artwork is shipped fully insured. In the case of 'loss or damage in shipment' the buyer will receive a full refund. Any refund for damaged artwork will be processed on return of the damaged artwork to us. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
To initiate a return, please email mattangelldesigns@gmail.com and include the following information: -Your name -The title of the piece -The date of purchase -The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt if applicable) -The reason for requesting a return -If the package arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage. Please return it in the original packaging if possible.
